Banjo's patented wet seal design reduces leaks and wear by means of a flooded chamber between the pump head and drive end. The glycol-based fluid within the chamber lubricates the mechanical seals enabling the pump to withstand up to an hour of dry running. The wet seal also serves as a barrier to keep aggressive chemicals away from the drive engine or motor.

Installation notes:

Suggested oil flow rate: 35.0 l/min, with variations due to oil pressure, temperature, and viscosity.

Oil pressure typically ranges between 140 and 180 Bar, influenced by pump condition, speed, and liquid density.

Drain line for the hydraulic motor should directly return to the tank; max pressure in the drain line: 5 bar.

Exceeding 5 bar in the drain line risks breaking the shaft seal, leading to leakage not covered by warranty.

Hydraulic motor max permissible pressure (both inlet and outlet): 230 bar.
