4" Multistage Centrifugal Borehole Cartridges

The Nocchi SCM 4 Plus submersible cartridges consist of a multistage pumping unit. Especially suitable for pumping from deep 4" (100mm) dia wells.

DESIGN FEATURES

Delivery connection, suction flange, pump casing, non return valve in AISI 304 stainless steel shaft in AISI 303 stainless stee., Acetal resin impellers. Polycarbonate diffuses with ceramic insert at the point of wear. Polycarbonate diffuser caps with stainless steel insert. Thrust ring inserted in every stage.

Motor bracket and suction point in microcast AISI 304 stainless steel rigidly welded to the outer stainless steel liner. Stainless steel suction grid.

Floating impeller with suction point shim made of stainless steel, moulded on to the diffuser cover. Carbon thrust bearing inserted between the hub of the impeller and the ceramic running surface.

Shaft guide bearing made with a self-lubricating closed bush in molybdenum bisulphide polyamide and stainless steel shaft with ceramic insert at the point of wear.

Delivery connection point in microast AISI 304 stainless steel with an internal tapered double profile with a stainless steel non return valve and a double slot for safety cable.

Types of liquid

Clean water non aggressive liquids, non explosive and free of solids. Maximum liquid temperature 30 degrees C
