GMP Volumetric self priming gear pumps with built in bypass valve. Performances will vary depending on media being pumped. Declared performances have been obtained pumping liquids with a viscosity of 8° Engler. Maximum viscosity for the gear pumps is up to 10° Engler. For higher viscosities of more than 10° Engler 6 pole motors are available as special orders. Maximum self priming depth 3 metros and a maximum liquid temperature of 140°C. Viton mechanical seal. Bypass is adjustable between 0-10 bar. Casing made from cast iron, gears made from C40 steel. 1440 rpm motor. Suitable for pumping viscous liquids without suspended particles - hydraulic oil, vegetable oil, diesel fuel oil, varnishes and foodstuffs are examples. Not suitable for liquids that have water within them. Gear pumps are available in bronze. Bronze pump casing, gears made from AISI 316 stainless steel. For special orders they can be made in all AISI 316 stainless steel upon request.
